Getting here - We are located just outside the river loop to the Southwest of Shrewsbury Town centre, by car we are about 5 minutes in from the outer bypass, we are about 20 minutes walk from the Rail and Bus Stations about £3-4 in a taxi with cases. You fill find full directions on the website.

Pushchairs/ Wheelchairs Red barn lane is a short but moderately steep hill, the last 100yds to the cottage is down a lit gravel drive.

Arrival & Departure Times

Unless otheriwse agreed you cottage will be ready from 3.30 pm onwards.

Departure by 10.30 am please (so we can prepare for our next guests)

You may leave your vehicle if you wish to arrive/depart earlier later.

Payment can be made by cheque or bank transfer, a deposit of £100 per week will be required to secure your booking, full payment becoming due 4 weeks before arrival.

Cancellation Your deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel within 4 weeks of your stay you will still be liable for full payment.If you cancel within 8 weeks of your stay you will be liable for 50% of the outstanding payment.

If you cancel more than 8 weeks before you stay you will not be liable for any payment other than your deposit.

Parking There is parking for one car outside each cottage your vehicle is not visible from the public road and outside lights with movement sensors illuminate the area, extra parking can be provided for visitors or second cars but notice is required.

Restrictions

Sorry no pets to be brought onto the property and no smoking inside the cottages

Small Children & Babies - a travel cot, high chair and stairgate are normally available upon request at no charge (please note that you will need to bring your own linen and bedding for the cot)

The Garden is bordered by a stream, this is some 50 Metres from cottages and is shallow but unfenced. a tyre swing is available (this is used at your own risk)
